SUMMER STAFF

Application Process:
- Submit short online application and references
- Submit video responses to questions we send after screening applications
- Video-call interview (or in person if you’re nearby)
- If offered a position, you will be send a “Letter of call” (contract) to commit to your position!
Early Committal Bonus:
Applicants are eligible to receive a $200 commitment bonus* if they
- Apply by October 31st
- Sign and return the Letter of Call (contract) within two weeks of the offer date.
*Half-summer commitment is eligible for a $100 early committal bonus.
What our team has to say:
Summer Staff Pay:
Cabin Leaders (HS grads-25yo)
- $300/week
Junior Cabin Leaders (completed sophomore or junior year HS)
- $120/week for the first 5 weeks worked in addition to a week of training
- Rate increases by $25 per week for each additional week worked
Support Staff & Summer Interns
- $300/week
Summer Program Directors and Day Camp Directors
- $320/week
*Room and board is included for the duration of the summer contract.
*All pay is based on first-year staff pay. Rates increase $10 per year for returning staff.
